What is the assisted stretching?
With StretchStudio Mauritius the stretching is enjoyable, and our expert team will guide you through a variety of stretches, using advanced techniques and actively performing the movements for you. 30-Stretch Pack
- This program includes eight 30-minute sessions and a free app with specific exercises for at-home stretches.

Lev 1 Membership
- This monthly membership includes one 30 or 50 minute assisted stretch per week, with a full-body or targeted approach. The membership details will be discussed with the therapist to tailor your sessions accordingly.
Lev 2 Membership

WHEN I SHOULD GET STRETCHED?
Any time is a good time to stretch! Whether you’re preparing for a workout, recovering afterward, or simply need some time to focus on your well-being and alleviate stiffness from sitting at a desk all day or recovering from a minor injury, a few targeted stretches can help restore mobility and decrease discomfort.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing—similar to what you’d wear for a workout. You will be moving you into various positions, ensure you’re adequately covered. You won’t get sweaty and won’t need to shower.
WHO WILL STRETCH ME?
Our therapist is an experienced bodywork professional certified in Assisted Clinical Stretching and Therapeutic Massage Therapy. While the stretching process involves physical manipulation to be effective, our male therapists prioritize your comfort and can adapt the techniques to minimize or eliminate direct skin contact if preferred
